In the Stage Room creativity knows no bounds. This dynamic space is equipped with a cyc wall, providing a seamless and versatile backdrop for photo shoots, film productions, or any creative endeavor. With a fee, you can paint the walls and floor in any color, you have the freedom to customize the environment to match your artistic concept.
Adjacent to the Stage Room is the Annex. The Annex Room is a versatile space that can be adapted to suit your needs, offering a unique backdrop for a variety of occasions. Featuring an industrial-style garage door that opens seamlessly into the patio. Clients can double park about 5-7 vehicles in the patio or have gear trucks stationed.
Our studio also has a Hair & Make up room for Talent wardrobe needs. Along with two vanity stations, there is a changing room.
Prices
Overtime is charged at $250 per hour
$350 extra for the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday)
Green Cyc is included with the Day Rate.
To Paint the entire Cyc white, black, or with any color supplied by you, is a one-time charge of $750
Each Wall can be painted separately for $250
The Floor can be painted separately for $350

Allowed events
Host rules
- Only licensed catering companies are allowed to serve food at Big Door
- No gum may be chewed by clients, guests or vendors while on Big Door premises.
- If serving alcohol, events at Big Door are not to be ticketed unless the client is a registered charity and has an event license from the ABC
- A designated licensed bartender is required to serve alcohol. Big Door can provide for an additional fee. Self-serve is never permitted
- Confetti, streamers, bubbles, or glitter is not allowed. Balloons are permitted however, the Host will be charged $25 for every balloon that needs to be pulled from the ceiling
- Fog machines are not allowed
- Pets are allowed
- No candles allowed. Only LED candles
- No smoking in the building
