Features: The venue provides reliable Wi‑Fi and air conditioning throughout. The ground floor has a step-free guest entrance, and large windows bring abundant daylight into the principal rooms. A working fireplace sits in the main living area for heating and atmosphere.

We are extremely mindful and considerate of our neighbors and do not want to disturb them or the traffic flow. Please keep the noise to a minimum as best you can.
Moving furniture:
You’re welcome to move the furniture in the house as long as it’s returned exactly as it was found. We just ask that you be mindful of dragging anything sharp or heavy across the floorboards, and cautious of dinging the walls/base molding. Please also make sure your hands are clean before moving any light-colored furniture.
Foods & liquids
No liquids or food in bedrooms.
Alcohol/smoking
No smoking or alcohol consumption on the property.
Cleaning
A cleaning fee is included with each booking, but we do ask that guests leave the property in the same condition as it was found.
Pets
No pets, unless pre-approved with us. An additional pet fee will apply.
