Welcome to Chateau De Soleil 🌅 by 503DTLA! This cozy hilltop estate is the perfect location for your next video, photoshoot or creative project! The property features a sprawling panoramic view of Orange County which produces one of the most beautiful sunsets in the entire state. You can even see the downtown Los Angeles skyline on a clear day! This amazing estate is sure to provide you with the inspiration needed to make your project stand out.
This picturesque estate is over 5550sqft and features a spacious outdoor terrace with a large gazebo equipped with TV & surround sound. Adjacent to the gazebo is a fire pit that creates a highly aesthetic ambiance that lends itself to one-of-a-kind, quality picture and video content. Our dining table and built in grill and serving station allows for an even wider variety of content to be created in the space. You'll also find a plethora of floral & seating options throughout the terrace that, when combined, creates a highly aesthetic set for any of your video/photo needs. At night the terrace shows its true colors as our solar-powered lighting system automatically turns on and adds a whole new dimension to the space.
Upon entering the estate you'll find our living & entertainment space bathed in natural light with elegant furnishings and monstera plants throughout. The baby grand piano is another unique touch which truly elevates the aesthetic of the entire space! As you move through the space you'll notice our newly redesigned kitchen with marble countertops and backsplash. The upstairs bedrooms and bonus living room are also available for use as an add-on if needed!

Please note some rules may be waived by purchasing add-on waivers. Please inquire in advance.
PRODUCTION RULES
No smoking. No alcohol. No sexually explicit content. No congregating in front of the house. Do not disturb neighbors. Any noise complaint or neighbor disturbance will result in immediate cancellation without refund. All drone use must be approved by the Host in advance.
No animals or pets (waiver $150). Do not move furniture (waiver $100). No eating or drinking (waiver $150). Water and coffee are allowed. Bookings with 16 or more guests may eat and drink without a waiver. Shoe covers must be worn (waiver $100).
EVENT RULES

ARRIVAL & TIME
Arrive early to allow time for parking and locating the space. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and ends exactly at the time listed in your confirmation email. A 5 minute grace period may be requested if no booking follows. Overtime is charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
ENFORCEMENT & DAMAGES
Violating any rule may result in immediate cancellation without refund. The Host may charge additional fees for violations. Guests are responsible for 100 percent of repair or replacement costs plus tax and shipping for any damage caused.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
