This ideal floor plan has arched doorways, 9' ceilings, and ample separation between the living spaces, while still having an open flow.
The kitchen offers a pantry, custom cabinets + a breakfast bar w/ seating for four. SS Viking appliances are accented by marble counters, black designer fixtures + floating shelves. The kitchen features beautiful marble countertops, commercial-grade appliances, & tons of natural light. The hardwood floors make for easy upkeep and the generous 9' ceilings feel like heaven.
The formal dining room enjoys storage + a built-in wine fridge. There is also a gas fireplace! Three spacious bedrooms, two full baths + a powder for guests complete the interior.
The master suite features a walk-in closet, en-suite bath, and french doors that open to a sprawling yard with mature avocado + fig trees.
There is also a spacious yard (front and back + backyard deck).

The neighborhood
We are extremely mindful and considerate of our neighbors and do not want to disturb them or the traffic flow. Please keep the noise to a minimum as best you can.
Moving furniture:
You’re welcome to move the furniture in the house as long as it’s returned exactly as it was found. We just ask that you be mindful of dragging anything sharp or heavy across the floorboards, and cautious of dinging the walls/base molding. Please also make sure your hands are clean before moving any light-colored furniture.
Foods & liquids
No liquids or food in bedrooms.
Alcohol/smoking
No smoking or alcohol consumption on the property.
Cleaning
A cleaning fee is included with each booking, but we do ask that guests leave the property in the same condition as it was found.
Pets
No pets, unless pre-approved with us. An additional pet fee will apply.

Production insurance is required.
General liability insurance with policy limits of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000).
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
