About this space
This stylish home has a clean contemporary look with elements of modern glamour. It has light hardwood floors, high ceilings in the living/dining/kitchen area, lots of windows that fill the room with natural light, high french doors that open to an outdoor space which has a table that seats six, a gas fire pit surrounded by a conversational sectional in a nice yard. The house was built in 2016 and has 2109 square feet plus a very large balcony. It has 4 bedrooms (baby room, home office, guest bedroom, and master bedroom) and 3 1/2 baths.
On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen and living room with a modern aesthetic which is great for photography, music videos, commercial shoots, creative projects, etc. kitchen, dining, living, bathrooms, and master bedroom are available for shooting during your booking. The big mirror in the dining area can easily be taken down and replaced with a painting. The home office, which is perfect for a client bay area, must be pre-approved by the owner.
Parking: There is space for 3 cars in the garage and driveway and we can get five permits for street parking. There's also free parking on two streets, just a block up.
