In addition to the unusual pleated roof, large floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and sliding doors, this beautiful post-and-beam design offers breathtaking views of the city, canyon, and ocean.

With 1,200 square feet of living space, the house opens up to a 900-square-foot courtyard and a 400-square-foot balcony. Photographers and filmmakers can benefit from the ideal lighting conditions created by glass walls.
