Features: The house includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and permission to play your own music, together with a dining table, sofa seating and a step-free guest entrance. The layout provides multiple adjacent social areas that can be used for sitting or standing arrangements.

No smoking.
Available hours are 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.
No food or drinks inside the house.
Parking on the property is limited to 6-8 vehicles.
Free and paid parking is available two blocks away at my nearby church or nearby park.
I will email the complete rules list before acceptance of any bookings.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
