About this space
Welcome to our humble, traditional home! It's nothing spectacular and is dated, yet everyone who visits and stays shares that it feels like home, and I take that as a compliment. I am easy to work with and folks have shared that they feel a sense of calm and peacefulness when they are here, which is a nice break from the craziness and hustle bustle of LA.
It is located on a quiet street with plenty of parking ( yet only 6-8 vehicles are asked to be parked on the property and in front of the house) has 3 bedrooms, a bonus room off the kitchen that could be used as a 4th bedroom, an office or gym, 2 bathrooms, a 3 car attached, direct access garage, a huge, grassy backyard, and the backyard can easily accommodate a large group for an event or party. We have a large greenhouse on the west side of the house and I raise butterflies, so most of the year, the yard is lively and filled with flowers, vegetables from the garden and happy plants and butterflies.
The subject street is wide and has easy load-in and load-out capabilities from a wide side gate. I have converted my backyard dog run into a comfortable area for craft services and downtime for crewmembers.
P.S. There is a church 100 yards away that rents out part of their parking lot for film studios often, so the need for an abundance of parking is not a problem at all .

Home to be used primarily for film and photo shoots.
No smoking.
Available hours are 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.
No food or drinks inside the house.
Parking on the property is limited to 6-8 vehicles.
Free and paid parking is available two blocks away at my nearby church or nearby park.
I will email the complete rules list before acceptance of any bookings.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
