The rehearsal space is approx. 900 square feet, with air conditioning and heating. The audience and work area seat 12-25 people if needed.
The space has soundproof walls. There are bathrooms outside the office/lobby, and there is parking for the director/ casting/ producer or teacher outside the lobby, right behind the building. There is street parking on Glendon Ave. with lots of cafes and restaurants on the same block!
