Host rules
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking to receive a full refund. Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
- To request any changes to your reservation, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
Last-minute change requests (under 12 hours) may be considered at the discretion of studio management, but are not guaranteed.
- Your rental period begins and ends at the scheduled time.
If you remain in the studio 15 minutes or more past your booking, an additional full hour charge will apply.
If you need extra time, we’re happy to accommodate when available—please check with us in advance.
- Absolutely no smoking (including tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is allowed inside the studio, restrooms, or within 15 feet of the building.
Violating this rule will result in a $500 penalty charged to your account.
- For safety and security, the studio is monitored by video surveillance at all times.
- Please leave the studio as you found it. Dispose of all trash, wipe down surfaces if needed, and return any moved furniture or equipment to its original place.
A cleaning fee may apply if an excessive mess is left behind.
- While we encourage creativity, please be mindful of excessive noise, especially during non-recording times.
Loud music or disruptive sounds that affect other clients or neighboring businesses are not permitted.

Our venue offers 4 different settings for podcast recordings, allowing you to experiment with different scenarios for your shows, and we also have a comfortable meeting room for casual meetings, brainstorming sessions, or intimate events.
The podcast sets are equipped with high-end cameras, dynamic microphones, and multi-angle monitoring, including a dual-seat layout with chairs and an accent table, a 4K camera system on tripods for multi-camera shoots, professional podcast microphones, and adjustable key and fill lighting, and a live monitoring screen with real-time audio and video control.
