Neighborhood bar with great sound system and nice lighting, open to public 7 days a week 5pm to 2am.
It can be rented during these hours depending on availabilities. The space is your outside those hours.
Full buyout require open bar fee per person, minimum 80 guests, minimum 4 hours.
Full bar with 3 bartenders stations (service side) and stools all around as well as high tables with booths in front of the bar.
The lounge has 4 large tables with u-shaped booths that can fit up to 8 ppl each. In the front of the lounge area and in the middle of the bar is a dance floor that can fit 100 dancers.
The patio can fit up to 80 ppl.
