The HALL studio has a large open area perfect for shooting against seamless backgrounds or product/food shoots. There is a full kitchen with an island, a gas stove, microwave, and fridge freezer. Space features a private restroom, small workshop, wifi, client area with 58inch plasma television, and easy garage parking at 8711 Washington Blvd.

Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in an extra charge.
Please keep items where they belong, or put them back to where they were after use.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
Rent per 10 hours only. Hourly overtime rates are $150 (billed in 15-minute increments).
A credit card deposit of 50% of the estimated booking days is required to book and hold the studio.
No smoking in the building.
Cleaning:
The studio needs to be returned to the condition in which it was found. Trash needs to be removed and dishes and flatware and glasses need to be cleaned and put away.
Production insurance is required:
An insurance rider must be provided prior to the shoot date, naming Barcode, Toby Pederson Inc., and Walter N. Marks Inc. as additional insured for One Million U.S. Dollars.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
