Damage done to the property and equipment will result in additional fine
No grip trucks larger than 10 ft
No letting the cat out of the room
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

The stove range is Wolf and Subzero fridge. Water in the house is filtered. All artwork inside the home is cleared for shoots. Nice bamboo flooring inside. Mid-Century-style home.
