Built in 1924, PONY 1 VINTAGE WAREHOUSE STAGE is a spacious vintage industrial warehouse featuring authentic architectural details such as sandblasted brick walls, exposed pipes, distressed fire doors, and clean backdrop areas.

The open-plan layout supports a wide range of productions, including film, photography, commercials, music videos, set builds, events, and workshops.

The stage offers extensive production infrastructure, including a pipe grid rigging system, drive-in loading access, wardrobe and makeup space, prop rentals, lighting and grip equipment, WiFi, 24/7 access, and on-site management. Additional connected stages are available for concurrent rental.
