Prices
Extra cleaning fees will be charged if the spaces are not left in the same condition at the end of the booking as at the beginning. Art Department trash that exceeds one trash can provided needs to be removed from the premises. Bulky trash pick-up is an additional fee of $350; please reserve this in advance.
All rental booking times INCLUDE your setup and breakdown times, meaning, the doors will be unlocked for you at the scheduled time of your booking, and locked at the end of your time. Overtime starts 1 minute after the contracted rental period ends, and is billed in 1-hour increments. If you need to change your booking times, please let us know, and we will do what we can to accommodate.
