The studio is a raw industrial space with painted brick walls, a concrete floor and exposed ceiling services providing generous vertical clearance. Large factory-style windows deliver abundant daylight, producing a bright, neutral production environment.
Room features: The studio supports photo and video production using included light and grip equipment and a selection of on-site backdrops. The space also provides a PA system for playback, dressing mirrors, venue Wi‑Fi and air conditioning to support longer sessions.
Best for: Portraits, headshots, fashion/editorial photography and small-scale commercial video shoots.
What sets it apart: An on-site cyclorama (cyc) is available at no extra charge.
All overnight bookings that go beyond 11 PM, bookings with more than 20 attendees, bookings involving hard to clean materials such as glitter, body oil, fake blood, and similar substances, or at the discretion of the host, may require a refundable security deposit of $525, collected in advance. The deposit is fully refunded after the booking, provided the studio is returned in good condition with no outstanding charges. Any damages, booking extensions, additional services, rentals, or rule violations will be deducted from the deposit.
No alcoholic beverages or drugs are allowed inside the studio.
No smoking in the studio.
No pets are allowed without the prior consent of a studio representative.
