This private hillside mansion in the Hollywood Hills offers a spacious setting for photoshoots, filming, content production, and private events. The property spans four floors, all accessible by elevator, with an open living area, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms.
Large windows bring natural light into the main living space, with additional rooms available for cast and crew holding, changing areas, video village, or production support. Production equipment and lighting rentals can also be arranged.
Outside, three patios provide additional shooting and event areas, alongside a jacuzzi overlooking the San Fernando Valley. The panoramic hillside views provide a strong backdrop for fashion, lifestyle, film, and commercial productions.

Host rules
• No Smoking: Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($150)
• No Alcohol: Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($100)
• No Animals or Pets: Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($150)
• Do Not Move Furniture without permission. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($100)
• No congregating in the front of the location.
• Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host. ($250)
• No Eating/Drinking (1-14 Guests): Water is allowed. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($150)
• Guests must clean and reset the space after their booking.
• Guests must take all excess trash that does not fit into the trash with them before they leave. ($75)
• Notify host before booking if you are planing a sexually explicit shoot. ($250)
• All drone use must be approved by host, in advance. ($250)
• NO GLITTER! ($250)
Arrive early to allow enough time to find parking and locate the space. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and ends at the time listed in your confirmation email. You may request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if there is no booking immediately after yours. Any time spent at the location after your booking ends will be charged at 1.5x the hourly booking rate.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.
You will be charged for any damage caused to the space during your booking at 100% of the value of the repair cost or item plus tax and any shipping fees.
Any violations to the above rules will result in a fee of up to $250
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
