With more than 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, the property is suitable for baby showers, birthday parties, brand activations, company events, private receptions, and productions of all sizes.

The property includes a private swimming pool, covered patio, outdoor dining and lounge areas, landscaped gardens, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open living area, a fireplace, a formal dining room, and several seating spaces. Additional rooms can be made available for cast, crew, or production teams.

Production equipment, event rentals, and lighting can be arranged on request, and an on-site representative is included with every booking.

Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.

* No Smoking
* No Alcohol
* No congregating in the front of the house.
* Sexually Explicit content is not allowed
* Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the Host.
* All drone use must be approved by host, in advance.
* No Animals or Pets. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($150)
* Do Not Move Furniture. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($100)
* No Eating/Drinking. Purchase add-on to waive this rule ($150). Water and coffee allowed. Bookings with 16+ Guests may eat/drink without purchasing add-on.
* No amplified music outside.
* Guests must completely reset the property before leaving.
* Nudity is not allowed anywhere outdoors or on the balconies.

Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the location. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent at the location after your booking has ended.

Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.

You will be charged for any damage caused to the space during your booking at 100% of the value of the repair cost or item plus tax and any shipping fees.Update Add-On Pricing in platform & Properties List based on amounts shown in rules below.
