Rental includes some grip equipment: 4 c-stands, 3 apple boxes, 4 sandbags, 1 high roller, 1 background support system, plus tables, chairs, and Wi-Fi. Ceiling height is 12 feet, with a 32-foot width.
Lighting equipment and backdrops are not included. Some lighting gear, cameras, and backdrops are available for rent — please contact us before the start of the rental for a list of available gear and prices.

OUTSIDE CATERING IS ALLOWED
You have to be wrapped and cleaned up at the end of the rental period, or overtime will be charged. Please contact us if you like to extend your rental to ensure it is still available.
Please leave studio broom clean and put the furniture and items back how it was found in the beginning of the rental otherwise a $100 clean up fee will be charged.
