Host rules
- No shoes in the cyclorama.
- No touching of cyclorama walls.
- No smoking inside the building.
- No loitering, staging, or storage in corridors.
- Do not park in spots not designated for the studio.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- Alcohol may be served but not sold.
- You may move or adjust anything within the space (except stage lighting) provided your return everything to its original location/position/condition.
- Live music allowed.
- Nudity allowed.
- Pets are allowed.
- All local, state, and federal laws must be complied with when on property.
- You are expected to leave the facility in the exact condition you received it.
Equipment rentals:
We have exclusive agreements with the larger rental shops. Let us know in advance what you need and we can have it delivered to the studio at no cost. 48 hours ' notice is preferred, but there are times when we can make magic happen as well.
Total time of rental:
- The clock starts at the booking time. If you have booked the space for 6 AM, this will be the time your rental commences, not when you actually arrive. - We will attempt to allow for 15 minutes of advance entry to allow for mobilization, however, this is not guaranteed and is dependent on the booking schedule for that day. Please request this in advance.
- Rental hours end when you, your team, your equipment, your materials, and any sign you were ever here have been completely packed up in your vehicles, and you have left the property. If you achieve this before the end of your booking, we'll give you a glowing review, but alas, we cannot credit for time not used. If your exodus occurs after your booking time ends, we will need to charge the time at 1.5X in 15-minute intervals. This is not meant to be a profit center for the studio - this is intended to discourage late exits that may compromise the next booking and subsequent schedule. Remember, our work starts when you leave.

This space offers 3,600 sq ft professional pre-lit white and green cyclorama with hair and make-up room, large lounge space and lots of complimentary grip and equipment.
Rental includes private restroom, recently renovated studio, freight elevator for loading, 24-hour access, 5 KinoFlo Parabeam Lights, 8 C-Stands, 20 sandbags, 2 apple box families, 2 15" bluetooth playback speakers, 2 42" television monitors, steamer, director's chairs, and lots of air conditioning.
