Sawubona is a multi-use workspace in Venice Beach built to support entrepreneurs, creators, and small businesses, especially within Black and Brown communities.

The space is set up for both work and events, with tables, whiteboards, a kitchen, and plenty of seating. You’ve also got indoor and outdoor areas, with room for up to 50 people.

Heating, AC, speakers, and lighting are all included, so it’s easy to use the space without needing much extra setup. It works well as an offsite workspace or for small gatherings and events.
