• Renter is fully responsible for all damages and must return the space to its original or better condition.
• No open flames (candles, incense, burners, etc.).
• No alcohol without prior written approval and proper licensing.
• Food and drink allowed only in designated areas; none inside the theater.
• No animals, except approved service animals.
• No furniture or equipment rearrangement without permission.
• No affixing items to walls or surfaces (tape, nails, tacks, adhesives).
• All trash must be removed and basic cleanup completed before vacating.
• Use of additional rooms must be pre-approved in the rental agreement.
• Overtime charges apply for exceeding contracted hours.
