Welcome to Bellagio, a stunning 7,500 sq. ft. estate designed for amazing events, productions, photoshoots, or private gatherings. With 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and sweeping city views, this property offers both scale and style.
The layout flows seamlessly from one room to the next, making it ideal for filming or entertaining. Amenities include:
Heated infinity pool and jacuzzi
Backyard terrace with dining area, seating, and fire pit
Two living rooms with fireplaces and a game room with pool table
Full kitchen with center island and bar area
Long gated driveway for secure parking
Master suite with walk-in closet and spa-style bathroom
Additional rooms can be arranged for cast and crew holding, video village, or production needs. Equipment rentals and event furnishings are available upon request.

PRODUCTION RULES
No smoking. No alcohol. No sexually explicit content. No congregating in front of the house. Do not disturb neighbors. Any noise complaint or neighbor disturbance will result in immediate cancellation without refund. All drone use must be approved by the Host in advance.
No animals or pets (waiver $150). Do not move furniture (waiver $100). No eating or drinking (waiver $150). Water and coffee are allowed. Bookings with 16 or more guests may eat and drink without a waiver. Shoe covers must be worn (waiver $100).
EVENT RULES

ARRIVAL & TIME
Arrive early to allow time for parking and locating the space. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and ends exactly at the time listed in your confirmation email. A 5 minute grace period may be requested if no booking follows. Overtime is charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
ENFORCEMENT & DAMAGES
Violating any rule may result in immediate cancellation without refund. The Host may charge additional fees for violations. Guests are responsible for 100% of repair or replacement costs plus tax and shipping for any damage caused.
