Your booking time includes setup and teardown — please plan accordingly.

No food or open drinks near equipment (water bottles with caps are okay).
Please handle all furniture, props, and equipment with care.
Guests & Capacity
Only registered guests are permitted in the studio.
Maximum occupancy is 10.
Equipment Use
Our staff must be present for any use of cameras, audio equipment, or livestream systems unless prior approval is given.
Do not unplug or rewire studio equipment.
Noise & Conduct
Be mindful of noise levels in shared/common areas.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of your session without refund.
Cleanliness
Please return the space to the condition you found it.
Trash should be disposed of in designated bins.
Damages will be billed at replacement cost.
Content & Compliance
No adult content, illegal activities, or dangerous stunts are permitted.
You are responsible for securing all necessary rights, licenses, and releases for your production.
