Whether you're planning a photo shoot, film production, corporate event, or creative workshop, our space provides the perfect backdrop for your vision to flourish.
Designed with functionality and convenience in mind, our studio boasts essential amenities such as a 350 square foot production office/conference room, four private bathrooms, and two first floor loading docks. Additionally, an adjacent lot offers 19-23 private parking spaces, ensuring hassle-free access for your team and guests. With 600-amp power, high-speed internet, security access, and full grip packages included, renting our studio/event space guarantees a seamless and professional experience for your next project.

This is a multi-stage studio/event space, and unless you have booked the space exclusively, you will encounter other productions working on other stages. Please be kind and respectful of others as you're working in our space. No smoking in the building. Outside catering is ok. No open flame allowed.
