The event host is responsible for any damage to the venue or its property caused by guests, vendors, or the event itself. The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender from our venue. No outside alcohol is allowed, as we hold the license and insurance. Guests must be of legal drinking age and will be required to show ID.
The venue is available for use during the agreed-upon hours stated in your contract. Setup and teardown must be completed within the rental period. Additional fees may apply for early access or extended use. Events must conclude by [specified time], with all guests vacating the premises by [specified time].
We are an open catering venue, provided that vendors have a food license and insurance. Only licensed and insured vendors are allowed to work at the venue. All vendors must be approved by the venue management and provide a certificate of insurance prior to the event. Vendors are responsible for their setup and teardown within the contracted time.
