Age policy
Guests under 21 are not allowed
Host rules
* No alcohol sales allowed.
* Alcohol consumption must be pre-approved.
* No smoking inside the building.
* No loitering in front of the property.
* Food is allowed.
* No aggressive behavior. The event will be shut down immediately with no refunds, and the renter is responsible for any damages.
* No weapons permitted.
* All guests must be respectful to one another.
* Furniture may only be moved with prior approval.
* No confetti or glitter.
* All decor from vendors must be removed by the end of the event.
* Guests must vacate the property by the end of the booking.
Fees apply for any broken rules, and legal action may be pursued if necessary.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
