The River West Loft Event Space is a large open room with high ceilings, tall windows, and plenty of natural light. The layout can be arranged for seated dinners, standing receptions, workshops, or panel discussions depending on the event.
The space can host around 120–150 guests for standing events, 70–80 guests for seated gatherings with tables, and about 40–60 guests for workshops or presentation-style setups. The open floor plan makes it easy to adjust the layout to fit the size and style of the event.

Booking & Time
Minimum booking is 5 hours.
All setup and breakdown time must be included in the reservation.
Overtime will be billed according to the hourly rate.
Guest Capacity
Maximum capacity depends on layout.
Events must remain within the approved guest count.
Furniture & Setup
Tables and chairs are not included in the base rental.
Table and chair setup is available as an optional add-on for $150.
Decorations
Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, floors, or furniture.
No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives are allowed.
Food & Catering
Outside catering and food vendors are allowed.
Bar Service
Shai City Lofts offers an optional zero-proof mocktail bar experience.
Any alcohol service must comply with venue policies and applicable regulations.
Noise
Please be respectful of neighboring tenants and building guidelines.
Clean Up
Guests are responsible for basic cleanup and removing personal items at the end of their event.
Respect for the Space
The venue must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
