Welcome to our brand-new lighting showroom, a truly unique 4,500 sq ft space bathed in the glow of distinctive lighting fixtures. This expansive area comes furnished with tables and chairs for your convenience. We offer an open catering policy, allowing you to choose your preferred catering service or even bring your own. Natural light pours in through numerous windows, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
Step out onto the outdoor deck to enjoy a breath of fresh air and take in the surroundings. We provide the flexibility for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies and receptions, ensuring your event is just the way you envision it.
Our venue boasts five large, modern private bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for you and your guests. Conveniently located in the heart of West Town, amidst the manufacturing and brewery district, we offer a unique setting for various events, including weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate events, fundraising galas, and more.

Allowed events
Host rules
- All setup and cleanup time must be included in the scheduled booking. (vendors will not be allowed access prior to the booking start time.)
- Damage to the space will result in extra charge
- Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender and may not be sold without a liquor license.
- All events must end strictly at 10pm. Cleanup must be finished by 11:00pm. Please hire staff so you have enough people to help with setup and cleanup.
- All alcohol must be served by a BASSET certified bartender.
- All Trash must go in the dumpster (must breakdown all cardboard)
- Must use included speaker provided, no additional speakers allowed.
- No confetti, glitter, or other difficult to clean décor. (must POP ALL of your balloons and sweep into trash)
- Deck decor by approval only. No speakers or messy food on the deck.
- No smoking on the premises (including on the deck)
- No cooking onsite (catering only)
