Host rules

Equipped w/ Audio Speakers via Aux cord, AC and Flat screen TV(s).
There is absolutely no charging of money at the door.
A host/hostess can be added to your event for $100.00 Duties include: Meet and greet, Assist w/ decorations and set up, Clean up throughout the duration of event, Assist in serving guest food and drink, Break down and clean up.

We allow 30min setup time on us, you may drop items off earlier in the day if we have space to
accommodate it.
Breakdown is included in your rental timeframe. The time your contract states the event is over is the
time you and your guests must be out of the coffee house and off the premises.
You (the renter) are responsible for setting the venue back to its Pre-Event conditions.

To secure your event’s date and time, we require FULL PAYMENT of the rental fee.
If you would like to make a deposit to secure your date reach out to event manager. ALL deposits NON-Refundable. However, they can be commuted for rescheduled events.
Commuted deposits are valid for 1yr from the signed contract.

Events can only be rescheduled twice and must commence within 1yr of the original signed
contract.

Full payment is required for any event scheduled within 2 weeks of the said event date.
If payments are not received according to this schedule, we reserve the right to cancel the event.
We accept cash, debit/credit card, or cashiers' checks.

Any third-party vendors providing food and/or catering services must be licensed and insured.
The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

A certificate of insurance for bodily injury and property damage liability protection in a combined single limit
amount of no less than $1,000,000.00 is required with each rental.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
