The Club Room is a Function Room in Unveiled, a private, booth-lined club space that provides direct sightlines to the DJ position and a clear central circulation area.
Design: The space uses low ceilings, mirrored columns and saturated blue LED uplighting for a high-contrast, contemporary club interior. Leather banquettes and polished floors create a streamlined, compact layout focused on the centre.
Features: The room includes a built-in PA system and speaker rig and supports guest-supplied DJs or playlists. Fixed banquette seating and movable low tables allow a mix of standing and seated arrangements. The space provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and wheelchair access.
Ideal for: Groups seeking a lively, social night centred on standing and dancing while retaining pockets of seated lounge space.

General Venue Rules
- All events must be pre-approved, and a signed contract is required for booking.
- The venue must be left in the same condition as it was found; any damages will be the responsibility of the client.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Capacity & Guest Management
- The maximum standing capacity for the entire venue is 500 guests.
- Event organizers are responsible for ensuring guest counts remain within venue limits.
- Security may be required for larger events at the discretion of the venue.
Food & Beverage
- Outside catering is permitted but must be approved by venue.
- All beverage services must be provided through Unveiled’s in-house bar; no outside alcohol is allowed.
- Cash bar, open bar, and bar minimum options are available based on event needs.
Audio/Visual & Entertainment
- Use of the Danley sound system and lighting setup is included, with technical support available upon request.
- DJs and live performers are permitted, but sound levels must comply with venue regulations.
- Any additional production or AV equipment must be approved in advance.
Decor & Setup
- No nails, screws, or permanent fixtures may be used for decor. Only venue-approved adhesives are allowed.
- Open flames, sparklers, confetti, and fog machines are not permitted unless pre-approved.
- Load-in and load-out times must be scheduled in advance to ensure smooth operations.
Code of Conduct & Compliance
- Unveiled reserves the right to refuse service to any guest or group that does not comply with venue policies.
- Event hosts are responsible for ensuring that all attendees adhere to venue rules and local laws.
- Any unauthorized activities that compromise safety or venue integrity may result in immediate event termination.
