No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Furniture Policy: Guests may rearrange the furniture but must return it to its original placement after the event.
Wall Decorations: Please do not remove or alter any items on the walls.
Trash Disposal: Guests must bring their own heavy-duty trash bags and ensure all trash is bagged, tied securely, and placed neatly at the designated spot outside the entrance to the downstairs.
No open containers or liquids should be placed in the trash. Empty all liquids into the sink beforehand.
Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening, to respect the surrounding community.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is permitted but must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Outdoor Heating: Heating units can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.
Technology Use: The venue includes Wi-Fi, a sound system, microphones, and monitors for your convenience. Please use them responsibly and ensure they are left in good condition.
Exit Procedure: Ensure all doors are closed and secured after the event, and notify your point of contact when the venue is vacated.
Catering: Outside catering is allowed, and we are happy to recommend local catering options if needed.
Supervision: The venue may not have a staff member on-site during your event.
