Seven minutes from the Court Sq subway and a short walk from MoMA PS1, this 5,000 sq ft industrial loft in Long Island City is built to change shape with your event.

This space is 1 of the 3 rooms within our Event space; based on preference for features you may select either:
- Main room, lined with mirrored columns, splits into sections with curtain dividers, so a team dinner for 60 feels full and a party for 300+ still has room to move
-A dedicated DJ booth with in-house sound, configurable lighting and a 22-ft LED screen takes the night from dinner to dance floor without a reset
-A separate lounge works as a green room, VIP area or quiet corner

Each room can have access to a full chef’s kitchen if requested (three ovens, mixer, espresso and soft serve) and a working bar mean your caterer, or one of our partner chefs, can cook right on site

Modular furniture is included, and a loading dock, freight elevator and on-floor restrooms make setup easy. Seats up to 150 and holds 300 standing.
