The venue is an open-plan 3,000 sq ft studio with high ceilings and a hard floor; walls are neutral and the layout is uncluttered, making set construction and gear movement straightforward. The space receives natural daylight while ceiling-mounted tracks and power support production lighting control.

Room features: A 150 sq ft cyclorama wall provides a seamless white background, and a PA system lets productions play or record audio on-site. The space also includes backdrops, mirrors and dedicated storage for equipment.

Best for: Photography, video and small-scale film productions such as portraits, fashion and content shoots.
