About this space
PEN & INC One-North is a pillarless, fully air-conditioned function hall in the heart of Singapore's one-north innovation district - one of the largest column-free event spaces in the area, with clear sightlines from every seat. The room flexes from an intimate private dinner to a 450-guest reception: Function Hall 3 and 3A combine into The Grand for full buy-outs, or split into separate spaces for concurrent sessions.
At its centre is a 7m × 3m flat LED stage wall with full AV and PA support, wireless microphones and customisable on-screen content - built for hybrid keynotes, brand launches and live presentations. In-house catering spans Chinese, Malay, Indian, Western and fusion menus, with Halal available via trusted partners and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options on request. Outside food and décor are permitted, layouts are fully customisable, and a single coordinator runs your event from enquiry to teardown - one coordinator, one invoice.
The venue hosts weddings and solemnisations, corporate town halls, AGMs, product launches, seminars and training days, networking nights, milestone birthdays, graduations and private celebrations. Capacities reach 350 banquet, 450 theatre or 450 cocktail in The Grand, with intimate configurations for 100–180 guests.

How is the pricing structured? Transparent starting points with a clear minimum spend or venue hire fee depending on date, duration and setup. Per-person packages start from SGD 28++/pax in Function Hall 3A, SGD 48++/pax in the Event Venue, and SGD 68++/pax in the Main Function Hall (FH3 + FH3A combined). Private celebration packages from SGD 2,488++; wedding solemnisations from SGD 2,999++.
What does a minimum spend mean? A minimum spend or venue hire fee applies based on your date and session (peak Saturdays differ from weekday afternoons), and can typically be offset against your food and beverage selection.
