PEN & INC Hall A (formerly THE LEGACY – Function Hall 3) is a versatile 130-pax function hall in one-north — built for seminars, corporate dinners, conferences, halal wedding lunches and intimate banquets. Three minutes on foot from Buona Vista MRT, with direct access to the Fusionopolis, Mediapolis and JTC LaunchPad ecosystem.
THE ROOM
A bright, contemporary hall designed for events that need professional polish without the scale of a full ballroom. Equipped with a pro PA system, wireless mics, dual projectors with retractable screens, flatscreen TVs, full stage and ambient lighting, theatrical uplighting, and an in-room AV control booth. Fully carpeted, air-conditioned, and acoustically treated.

Single point of contact from enquiry to teardown. Our team handles run-of-show, AV, decor and floral, MC support, bridal holding room logistics, and ROM solemnisation. One coordinator, one invoice.

The Function hall was very presentable and clean. Bright lightings and it gives off a comfy ambience. Overall, the guests had an enjoyable time. A reception table was also prepared at the back corner as requested. Ajay was very pleasant person to take with and I appreciate him taking the time to answer our queries and meeting up with us at the venue before the actual event.
My guests had a lot of difficulties finding the place and the entrance, so the majority of them end up lost in the lobby. The situation was made worse as I was undergoing an gown and makeup change (30 min) and I could not attend to them. There was supposed to be a poster for the guests' information but it was not there. Secondly, my MIL was unhappy with the food, feels it is not up to par and that it tastes lousy and cheap. She added that the vegetables are overcooked and that it is not worth the money. Thirdly, there was a short circuit prior to the lunch (due to equipment connection from the KTV rental, not really the venue's issue). However, it did cause an inconvenience as I was about to wear my gown, and I was still in a state of undress. While I appreciate the small room area for changing and make-up, we had to exit the hall, and enter the small room from outside, near a cafe/kitchen area. Had to exit the hall as it was partitioned off and the small room can only be entered from the outside, rather than in the hall then previously shown.
