Yes, the venue has a stage measuring 2.4m x 4.8m.

Can a registration table be set up outside the room?

If food is being served, the buffet line will normally be outside to reduce distraction. If not, a registration table can be placed outside.

Can a presentation laptop connect to the venue's AV system?
