• Coffee Break Menu with snacks at $16.00++ / person per break (minimum of 10 persons)*
• Lunch / Dinner Buffet Menu at $28.00++ / person (minimum of 30 persons)*
*Food is non-halal and will be externally catered from New Ubin Seafood Restaurant.
*Halal options can be requested; subject to external caterer’s rates and availability.
*Buffet menu and service are available for a minimum of 30 persons.
Own Externally Catered Food and Beverages*
If you opt for your own external catering, the following surcharge shall apply:
• Food with non-alcoholic beverages - $300.00++
• Food with alcoholic beverages - $800.00++
*Please note that the organizer and the commissioned caterer are responsible for clearing leftover food, garbage, and other items immediately after the event. Waste disposal should be handled off-site.
Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing Government tax, currently at 9% goods and services tax (non-commissionable) unless otherwise stated.

Outside food and beverage shall not be brought into or consumed in the premises, unless pre-approval has been sought from MYMCA Management. Failure to comply will be subjected to a charge of SGD300 to SGD1,000 for the cleaning of the event room.

We like the ways Metropolitan YMCA could customise our requirements on the use of LKK Upper Room with a package of food from New Ubi Seafood restaurant for 75 people. Appreciate staff Joshua who took time to understand and prepare the venue, calibrate the AV set-up to our specific requirements in weeks prior to the convene of event.
