Design: The interior uses a neutral palette of white walls and pale timber flooring, punctuated by glass partitioning and linear suspended lighting that keeps sightlines open.
Features: The venue provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and permission to play your own music. The space contains multiple workstations and ergonomic office chairs. A glass-walled meeting area contains a long communal table suitable for breakout sessions or presentations.

8 hr- $1200
Standard cleaning is included in all bookings. Guests are expected to leave the venue in a reasonably tidy condition. Where excessive cleaning is required beyond normal turnover, an additional cleaning fee of S$30–250 may be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately, depending on the extent of cleaning required.

• Booked hours include setup and teardown time.
• Please respect neighbouring businesses and keep noise to a reasonable level.
• Furniture may be rearranged but should be returned to its original position before departure.
• External catering is welcome.
• Self-service honesty bar available; refreshments are charged based on individual consumption via QR payment.
• Complimentary filtered water is provided.
• Printing and scanning are available at standard rates.
• Temporary decorations are welcome, but nothing may be attached to walls, ceilings or furniture.
• Guests are expected to leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition.
• A refundable security deposit may be required for selected bookings.
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be chargeable.
• Commercial filming and photography are welcome with prior booking.
• The maximum venue capacity must be observed at all times.
