Rules of the space

Host rules

1. Smoking & the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the event space and in all corridors. Please follow the designated smoking areas as per the Laws of Singapore. Non-compliance with this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the event and forfeiture of your deposit.

2. You may bring alcoholic beverages to the venue, but you are not to bring or consume alcohol outside the venue. E.g. cups, open cans, open bottle. All unfinished alcohol is to be disposed of. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking.

3. Ensure basic cleanliness after your event, including disposing of all trash in the provided bins. Additional cleaning fees may be imposed. Move furniture back to original position if shifted. Charges also apply for any damage or loss of items. All Air Conditioners, Lights, & TV must be switched off before leaving.

4. Refrain from excessively loud music, shouting, or rowdy behavior. Keep music and karaoke at acceptable party volumes, similar to that of an average karaoke room. All activities should be confined to the event space. Complaints or police involvement may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Any form of sexual activity or drug use is strictly prohibited.

6. In the case of vomit found within the venue, shared public spaces or corridors, an additional cleaning fee of $100 may apply. Please be considerate to those who have to clean up after.

7. Refrain from using strong mounting tapes, nails, glue, or any adhesive that may damage surfaces or be difficult to remove. Instead, use 3M command non-stain adhesive, or White Tack.

8. Please enter & leave the venue on time, unless prior confirmation has been sought with the venue. Additional charges will apply for overstaying.

9. Catering and any external services must be delivered within your booked slot.

10. All In One (BGL) will not be liable for any injuries, personal damages, or loss of equipment and alike.
