Wings of the Dawn Game Room is a compact Event Space in Wings of the Dawn, defined by a practical, activity-focused layout suited to tabletop play and small-group activities.
Design: The room presents a minimal, functional look: pale timber flooring, white walls, recessed downlights and a low, rectangular plan divided by a glass partition. The uncluttered proportions and neutral palette keep the interior utilitarian and easy to adapt.
Features: A built-in PA system and wall-mounted TV with soundbar provide audio-visual support. Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are available. Flexible freestanding tables and a low sofa allow rearrangement for tabletop play or informal seating. Wheelchair access is provided and guests may play their own music through the room's speakers.

1. The rates quoted at each venue (Full day means 8 hours)
For Meeting room: Furniture, a glass board with markers, a ceiling-mounted projector, a sound system, and wifi.
For Co-working Lounge: Furniture, 3 adjustable tables which can be converted into whiteboard, pantry area which includes Snacks, Canned and Packet Drinks, Snacks, Coffee Machines and Ice-cream.
For Game Room/Activity Room: Nintendo Switch, Board Games, 1 table and 1 Sofa.
2. No loud music is allowed at any area
3. Set up of any of the rooms can be customizable according to your requirements. Please inform us beforehand.
4. You can arrange your own caterer at your own cost. Foods are to be placed within the room.
5. As we are not charging any cleaning fees please return the room as it was before. All trash to be disposed in the bin provided. Please keep the floor free from litter.
6. Security Deposit Rules
A Security Deposit of $100 in cash to be collected before the start of the event. Security Deposit is refundable unless there are any damages/missing items.
The cost of repairing or replacing items will be deducted from the security deposit. In the event that the cost of repairing or replacing any damages items is in excess of the security deposit (s) the renter is required to pay for the complete cost for the repair or replacement.
An agreement form with these clauses will be sent to you for endorsement.
