About this space

The Space is a communal hub on Level 5 of KINN Habitat, a flexible meeting and workshop area organised around a central island to support collaborative sessions. Located on the rooftop level, the space also provides access to an adjoining outdoor garden area.

Design: The Space has an elongated plan centred on a tiled island; finishes are warm, matt neutrals with soft recessed lighting and round porthole windows.

Features: It includes a ceiling projector and basic AV connections, open shelving and accessible power points for laptops. The furniture is movable to allow quick reconfiguration for different session formats, while access to the rooftop outdoor area gives groups an additional spot for breaks or informal conversations.

Ideal for: Teams and community groups running collaborative workshops, informal presentations, events or seated working sessions in a relaxed, practical setting.
