Your booking will be confirmed once we have received:
Signed Hall Hire Agreement
£350 deposit (payment details will be provided in the agreement)

By signing the agreement and paying the deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Refund Conditions:
The deposit will be refunded after your event, provided the following conditions are met:
No damage is caused to the building or its contents
A maximum of 100 guests is allowed in the premises (for the main hall booking)
For late-night finishes, the hall is vacated by 11:00 PM, and all clearing is completed by 11:30 PM
No alcohol is to be sold at the event (you can supply alcohol, just not sell it)
No use of sequins, confetti, or silly string is permitted
No pyrotechnics are allowed
