About this space

Hire a flexible function room perfect for training sessions, brainstorming meetings and a whole host of other events. The room is equipped with a ceiling-mounted projector and screen, TV screen with HDMI and VGA connections, fast Wi0Fi, and a water cooler.

The tables can be rearranged for up to 14 people in a classroom, u-shape or square configuration, or if you'd prefer a theatre layout we can arrange the chairs in rows for up to 50 people and remove the desks.

Event offers and packages

You can add unlimited refreshments (tea, Coffee and Biscuits) to your session at £8 + vat per person.

Host rules

1. No Smoking on Site: Clavering House has a no smoking policy for the full site, including (but not limited to) toilets, offices, meeting rooms, communal areas, and a car park. This includes the use of e-cigarettes and vapes. When smoking, please ensure you are standing away from the front steps and the car park gate. For your own safety, we advise you to stand on the pavement across the road from our building, or in the arch of the railway bridge next to the building.

2. Noise: Please be aware that in the communal areas of Clavering House, noise echoes and amplifies due to the shape and age of the building. This can cause disruption to offices, meeting rooms and reception. Please keep all noise to a minimum were possible.

3. Respect Others: Be mindful of the language you use within the building. We welcome people from all backgrounds, religions, ethnicities, genders and orientations. Please refrain from using bad/foul language that could cause offence.

4. Keep The Building Tidy: In order for everyone to be able to enjoy the facilities make sure you tidy up after yourself, use the waste bins provided, and report any issues to reception straight away so they can be dealt with.
