Minimum Spend
No venue fee - just meet the bar spend. This applies to
one area only (ground floor OR basement) - Entire Unit
is available upon request.
Weekday (5hr): £1,200
Weekend (5hr): £1,600
Extra hours:+£240/hr (weekday), +£320/hr
(weekend)

Parties, launches, mixers
Intimate gigs, showings
Socials where drinks are key
If you don’t meet the spend, you’ll just cover the
difference at the end of the night.
Bar staff and setup is included.
Minimum Spend

Pay Head, Per Hoour
Pay based on how many people attend and how long
your event runs.
We use a sliding scale - the more guests, the lower the
rate per person.
Group size price per person per hour
10-14 people: £20pp/hr
15-19 people: £15pp/hr
20-24 people: £12pp/hr
25+ people: £10pp/hr
Minimum: 10 people, 2 hours Includes space, setup, basic AV,
and on-site support.
Best for:
More structured workshops, masterclasses, and
training.
Structured community sessions.
Mid-Premium tier workshops or events.
This option is flexible, fair, and scales with you - whether
you're running a cosy circle or a full room.
