Host rules

- All bookings must be confirmed in writing and paid for in advance.
- A refundable security deposit may be required to cover any damage or additional cleaning costs.
- Access to the hall is only during the agreed hours. Additional time will be charged at the hourly rate.
- Set-up and pack-down times must be included in your booking period.
- The space is to be used strictly for rehearsals only (no public performances unless agreed in advance).
- The hirer is responsible for ensuring that noise levels are kept to a reasonable level, especially if residential neighbours are nearby.
- All exits, fire doors, and walkways must be kept clear at all times.
- Any electrical equipment brought in by the hirer must have up-to-date PAT testing certification.
- The hirer must familiarise themselves with the hall’s fire safety procedures.
- The hirer must ensure that a responsible adult is present at all times.
- Children and young people must be supervised at all times.
- Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- The hirer is responsible for leaving the hall clean and tidy, including removing any rubbish and restoring the hall to its original layout.
- Any damage caused to the hall or its contents must be reported immediately and may be charged to the hirer.
- Parking is available (if applicable) but must not obstruct emergency access.
- Deliveries or load-ins should be coordinated in advance.
- Use of any venue equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) must be agreed upon in advance.
- Hirers are responsible for any equipment they bring in.
- Please be mindful of noise levels.
- Amplified music should be kept to a minimum unless prior agreement has been made.
