Host rules

- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment building; you have to smoke outside.
- No more than 15 people are allowed in the studio at any one time.
- Please treat the furniture, plants, and decor with care. Any damage may result in additional charges.
- Be mindful of noise levels after 9 pm. This is a residential building.
- The space is for professional use only (e.g., filming, photography, interviews, etc.).
- Leave the space as you found it. Dispose of trash properly and return furniture to its original position.
- Animals are not permitted unless approved in advance for a shoot.
- Any in-house equipment or furniture must be handled with care and returned to its original location.
- Setup and breakdown should be completed within your scheduled time.
- Keep communal areas and emergency exits clear at all times.
