Rules of The CEO Lounge
To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we have a few house rules that must be followed when booking and using our space. Customers must agree to these terms when making a reservation.
✅ General Rules:
Minimum Spend Applies – All bookings require a minimum spend commitment based on the package selected.
Deposit Required – A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Full payment must be completed before the event date.
Respect the Venue & Staff – We maintain a high standard of service and expect guests to treat our staff and space with respect.
🚫 Restrictions & Prohibited Activities:
No Outside Food or Drinks – All catering and beverages must be purchased from The CEO Lounge.
No Smoking Inside the Venue – Smoking, including vaping and shisha, is strictly prohibited indoors. A designated smoking area is available outside.
No Underage Drinking – Guests must be 18+ to consume alcohol. Valid ID is required for entry and service.
No Aggressive or Disruptive Behavior – Any guests causing disturbances may be asked to leave without a refund.
🎶 Music & Event Regulations:
Music Levels Must Be Maintained – Our sound system is professionally managed, and excessive noise complaints will result in volume adjustments.
Event End Time Strictly Enforced – All events must end by the agreed-upon time. Extended hours may be available upon request at an additional cost.
No Unauthorized DJ Equipment – All entertainment must be pre-approved by management.
📸 Photography & Media Usage:
Professional Photography & Videography Must Be Approved – Any commercial recordings require prior authorization.
Guests May Be Filmed or Photographed – The CEO Lounge reserves the right to use footage from events for promotional purposes.
🛑 Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations Must Be Made 7 Days in Advance – Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date if rescheduled within 30 days.
No Refunds for No-Shows or Late Arrivals
