Room features: The studio supports tethered shooting and remote collaboration via on-site Wi‑Fi and enforces a noise-restriction policy suited to quiet filming. The space is wheelchair accessible and has a step-free guest entrance for straightforward load-in.
Best for: Portrait, fashion and commercial photography, plus small-scale video and lookbook shoots.

Host rules
- Advance payment must be made for all bookings.
- Studio hours are 9am-6pm unless agreed otherwise. Any hours outside of your booking will be charged as overtime at 80 pounds per hour. Private event hours are agreed project to project.
- Alcohol cannot be sold on the premises.
- No redecoration, renovation or drilling unless agreed in advance.
- Furniture can be moved but not removed.
- The space must be left clean and set up as it was on arrival.
- All items must be removed from the studio prior to the end of the booking.
- No deliveries can be taken prior to your booking unless agreed.
- Ourika cannot be held responsible or liable for any items damaged or lost during the hire or when left on site.
- Clients are requested to ensure that they have suitable public liability insurance as they will not be covered under the studio insurance. Clients are responsible for insurance of all items that they bring into the building.
- All damages incurred to the location and items within during a booking must be paid for by the client.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
