Yes, the green screen dry hire option is just a pre-lit green screen.

How adjustable is the overhead lighting for live actors?

The studio comes with LED panel lights to light up the green screen only. You will need to pay additional for using other equipment, like cameras, fresnel lighting and sound, etc.
