Food was nice. Venue was nice.

Staff attitude was lax. Had to ask when the bar staff would be starting as guests were arriving with nobody serving. Cider on tap wasn’t working so guests were having to order downstairs. Cable to play music had been “stolen” the day before so I couldn’t play my music after the musician finished at 9:30. The managers response to these things was “nothing I could have done”. Then, sorting out the final bill for the last 45mins instead of trying to enjoy my party (as the minimum spend hasn’t been reached) I was handed a couple of receipts with some numbers written on the back, lacking professionalism and marred the last 3 hours.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the communication from the venue was excellent. The food was delicious, and there were no complaints from the team. They assisted us with drinks and were always checking to ensure we had everything we needed. The venue was clean and perfect, and the facilities were also spotless. Overall, it was a perfect venue for us, and we will definitely be back.
