Booking and Access

All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Access to the studio is limited to the agreed-upon time. Late arrivals will not extend the booking period unless prearranged.

Respect the Space
Treat the studio, equipment, and props with care.
Any damages to equipment or facilities will be the responsibility of the client.

Equipment Usage
Use equipment only as intended and follow any provided instructions.
Notify staff immediately if equipment malfunctions or is damaged.

Cleanliness and Tidiness
Leave the studio as you found it.
Dispose of trash properly, and return props and furniture to their original positions.

Guest Policy
Only the agreed-upon number of people are allowed in the studio. Additional guests must be approved beforehand.

Prohibited Items and Activities
No smoking, vaping, or open flames are allowed in the studio.
Food and beverages should be kept away from equipment.
Illegal activities or anything that may damage the property are strictly prohibited.

Time Management
Be mindful of your booking time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Setup and teardown must be completed within the booked time.

Safety First
Ensure all cords and equipment are set up safely to avoid tripping hazards.
Do not operate equipment you are unfamiliar with without assistance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [specified time, e.g., 48 hours] in advance to avoid a fee.

Liability
The studio is not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or damages that occur during your session.
